I am writing this recommendation in regard to the selling of my home in Hampton, Iowa. I contacted Kathy Stanbrough at Abbott Realty in Hampton in late January. She had the contract ready by February 1, 2012. She worked hard to sell the home and did. The closing date was march 30, 2012. All told, approximately 2 months to complete the transaction. I highly recommend Kathy as she keeps you informed and does everything she possibly can to get your property sold in a timely manner.
